Applications Process

Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with your application. This application should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes should you have all the relevant documents at hand.

Step 1

High School Policies

Before undertaking the online Admissions application, please take time to read the High School Admissions Policy which includes the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment. During the online application you will be asked to acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions before being able to submit your application.

Step 2


  • Please click HERE to view the documentation that you will require in order to complete the application.
  • Each document will need to be in an individual file saved in either JPEG or PDF format.
  • Ensure that you have all of the required documents and information ready before commencing the application as you will not be able to save a partially completed form or return to an application after submission.
  • Please note that you will not be able to submit the application if any information or documentation is incomplete.
Step 3

Application Fee

If you would like to proceed with this application, a non refundable Application Fee of $1,605.00 is required for those applying to Grade 7 through to Grade 10 FC. For those applying to Grade 11, the Admissions Department will contact you to make the necessary arrangements after receipt of your application.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer:

  • Credit card payments are made via the RedDot payment platform and are subject to an administration fee. Upon payment you will receive a confirmation email with the Order Number. This Order Number is required to be entered where indicated in the application. Please click HERE to make a credit card payment.
  • If you make payment by bank transfer, you will need to provide the Transaction Reference Number where indicated in the application. Please indicate the students full name in the 'Comments for Recipient' field provided by your bank. Please click HERE for the bank account details.
Step 4


Once you have paid your Application Fee, you can proceed with the online application. You will be prompted to upload the required documents in the relevant pages of the application.

Please note, a separate application must be submitted for each child you wish to enrol in the school.

Upon submission of your application you will receive an email confirmation providing you with an Online Application Receipt Number (e.g. HS123456).

If you do not receive this confirmation email, your application has not been successful and you will need to contact our Admissions team:, making sure that you quote your child's full name and date of birth.

Step 5

Next Steps

For Grade 7 applications, the Admissions Team will contact you within 3 weeks of your submission to assign your child a date for the Admissions Test and Interview.

For all other grades, the Admissions Team will contact you by the end of May to inform you of details for the Admissions Test and Interview.

For all Scholarship applications, the Admissions Team will contact you by the end of August to inform you of details for the Admissions Test.
